Originally by: Ricdic Mac is the dummies guide to computer. My 2 year old son has a musical book that has a more advanced operating system than your typical mac. Just as an aside, how's an OS based on BSD and NextSTEP "not advanced"?...

2. Can we have some response from Cedega or CCP please - in Linux [original thread]
Edited by: Tamek Loeb on 14/12/2007 06:35:27 I don't know if CCP's been to the Linux board already (couldn't see anything when I browsed through quickly), but apparently they're rolling out an OS X patch and they might be making an announcem...

3. A plea to CCP - in Macintosh [original thread]
Originally by: matt way I'm not saying you don't have a right to complain, I said complaining doesn't really do that much to solve the problems. Generally people will only come to the forums when they are having problems.. This could hide...

4. A plea to CCP - in Macintosh [original thread]
Originally by: matt way My experience with the client has been nothing short of excellent. Just because it isn't working for you doesn't mean it isn't working for everyone. CCP didn't just decide to not include the premium graphics cause t...

6. new mac client constantly crashes - in Macintosh [original thread]

7. Star Map problems - in Macintosh [original thread]
I made a bug report about the star map problem, but CCP is saying that because they can't reproduce it, they're not going to do anything. I have no clue how they managed to not reproduce the bug since I can't play without seeing it at least once...

10. MAC Client not working for OS 10.4.10? - in Macintosh [original thread]
Edited by: Tamek Loeb on 08/11/2007 15:23:03 EVE online for OS X is based on Cider, which is basically a Windows compatibility layer (it's based on the open source project Wine) and as such will never be ported to PPC since the processor archi...
